And none of them to my knowledge have been street cars. Take for example the pro stock drag Z's, or the Jun Bonneville Z. All of those cars had budgets into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Also, they are some of the most genius minds in automotive tuning. I'm not trying to be an ass or anything, but you just need to realize it's not gonna happen, dream all you want.
